We take extensive steps to process thousands of Internet transactions securely and safely. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet.
This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us. When this encrypted information reaches our secure server, we translate it back to its original form and store it safely offline and inaccessible through the Internet.
To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until your order is actually being manufactured.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to request online tracking of your custom ordered furniture. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information.
After placing an order you will get an automatic confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll get you set up. Within 12-48 hours you will receive a work order confirmation that will let you know your order is in production and will include any additional applicable shipping or delivery charges as outlined on our Delivery Rate page.
You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of California. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
We offer a Price Match option on almost any product. We do reserve the right to decline to match a price, but in most cases we will honor price match requests with other websites.
In order to qualify for a price match consideration, the following conditions and rules must be met:
1) The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day on the lower priced site. Backorders will not be matched and we do not match prices on items that are out of stock.
2) The item must be EXACTLY the same as the product you want to order from us. Same color, size, year, model, etc.
3) The product must be the same year. We do not price match on closeouts from previous years, scratch and dent items, blemish, etc.
4) Coupons and promotional codes may not be used with price matches, either from our site or from a competitors coupon.
5) Shipping prices will be met as well in the event that the lower priced site has a more expensive shipping charge.
6) The Product must be orderable online. Online advertisements are not honored unless the product can be ordered online through a secure server with a functioning shopping cart.
7) The price match must be completed BEFORE you order the product from us. No price match requests will be honored on items that have already been ordered and/or shipped.

We offer both convenient local and nationwide delivery on all our furniture products. Unlike other E-tailers who build in the delivery cost into the product price, FunkySofa doesn't disguise our delivery costs. Our factory direct prices are lower even with a delivery charge. We encourage you to check and compare.
Our Nationwide Standard Delivery Service includes online tracking, appointment scheduling, and curbside residential service. White Glove Service is also available as an option and include all options above plus inside delivery up to three flights of stairs and placement in the room of choice.

Please inspect your packages carefully upon receipt. It is your responsibility to inspect your order when it arrives to make sure that it is what you ordered and that the item(s) are undamaged. If the freight arrives and the contents are visibly damaged, please refuse the damaged item and contact us immediately at (800)566-6578, so we can get a replacement order sent to you. Please note that if you accept the furniture and sign off on the freight bill presented by the delivery person, you are considered to have accepted the product in good condition, and cannot request replacement furniture if you later see damage.Delivery Rate page. Please note applicable shipping charges will be added onto your order after we receive your online order. A final sales order including any applicable shipping fees will be mailed from our factory within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
Currently we only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside the continental United States (ie. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii) but you have a stateside address, we can certainly arrange to ship your order there.
We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect?
ACCESSORIES: Off the shelf furniture accessories usually ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. Most accessorie items ship either UPS or FedEx Ground. If you are not home at the time of delivery the carrier agent will leave a call tag at your residence with information on when the next attempt to deliver will take place. If there is a delay in the shipping of part of your order, we will notify you of the items(s) that may be affected. Also, please note, depending on the size of the item ordered and the number of pieces requested, all items ordered may not arrive in the same box or on the same day.
CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY: Production time for our custom upholstered furniture will typically ship from our factory in 2 to 5 weeks depending our current production schedule. Please call (800) 566-6578 to inquire on our current production schedule. Once your item has been manufactured, you will be emailed a tracking number and may track the status of your delivery. Delivery time will take 1 to 7 business days (depending on what state you live in). A local carrier will contact you when your item is ready to be delivered and schedule a convenient time for your delivery. Rushed production is available for an additional cost. Shipping times may vary depending on your geographical location. Funky Sofa does not guarantee exact delivery dates.[top]
The majority of our larger items are shipped via common carriers but for smaller items we use USPS or UPS Ground.
ACCESSORIES: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your furniture accessorie purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. To return accessorie items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater, or a store credit. Round trip shipping charges will still apply. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable.
CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY: Because of our rapid manufacturing process, order changes and cancellations must be made within a 24 hours time frame of your order. Custom upholstered pieces are made to order for each customer and therefore we cannot offer refunds on these items. We will, however, exchange custom upholstery items that are damaged or where there is a manufacturers defect issue. To arrange for an exchange please click here.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
We take pride in inspecting every item that leaves our factory but on very rare occasion damage may occur during transit. We do ask you to report any damage to the delivery on the delivery paperwork and refuse delivery of the items that are clearly damaged. Please contact us immediately at 1-800-566-6578 so we can schedule a replacement order.
