Funky Sofa began manufacturing and selling its exclusive line of made-to-order sofas online from a small factory in Orange County, CA in 1999. Since then, our company has
expanded into other types of furniture and grown into a 20,000 square foot factory and distribution center
located in Los Angeles. Key to our success over the past years has been our
focus on manufacturing high quality products and giving our customers the
attention they deserve. A key advantages of being the manufacturer of most
of upholstered furniture is that we can offer customers an almost unlimited ability to customize
as well as being able to provide excellent lead times for both small and large
orders.

Funky Sofa takes pride in employing only the finest crafts people in the upholstered furniture trade. Our state-of-the-art Southern California factory utilizes the best of old world craftsmanship with computer assisted design efficiency. As soon as your order is placed it is scheduled for production. Our staff of experienced frame carpenters,
seamstresses, and upholsterers works together to complete your furniture order within 3 to 5 weeks.
Upon completion each piece is given a final inspection for workmanship by dedicated quality control personnel. Upon passing final inspection, the furniture is then packaged and boxed in environment friendly recycled fiberboard foam-padded containers. At last, the furniture is ready to ship to your home or office via our convenient nationwide delivery.

Our frame construction exceeds industry standards. Our suspension systems supports each seat, evenly distributing weight, increasing comfort, and increasing durability. Our "No Sag" sinuous springs and Matrix webbing meets the strictest specifications for contract and commercial furniture applications.
