offering furniture online in the year 2000. With over 27 years of experience in
the sofa manufacturing business , the founders of the company recognized the overwhelming
value and convenience that the internet could provide consumers when purchasing
made-to-order upholstered furniture. Funky Sofa is an Internet "hybrid" in the sense
that it controls the design and manufacturers its line of furniture and offers it
nationwide exclusively through it's website and locally through its Southern California
factory and showroom.
Funky Sofa's mission is to create a furniture ordering
and delivery experience that provides customers with a sense of security, comfort,
and loyalty. Funky Sofa is committed to constantly providing stylish and unique
furniture for the best value. We want to help you create a comfortable living space
with ease and confidence. We do this with convenient online ordering processes,
reliable Nationwide In-Home "White Glove" Delivery, and friendly customer
service.
Whereas the online standard delivery time for made-to-order furniture is 10-12 weeks,
Funky Sofa can fulfill most orders in six weeks or less. Funky Sofa's customer service
team is available online and offline seven days a week to answer your questions
and give advice on coordinating furniture and accessories for any home. Our hope

design but when it comes construction we?re serious. From frames to our f ll our sofas are constructed to
meet the rigors of everyday life. All our fabrics selections are washable
with regular soap and water for that occasional spill. To back-up this commitment
to quality we offer our exclusive Quality Assurance Guarantee on all our upholstered
furniture. Our furniture designers like to have fun with design but when it comes
construction we're serious. At Funky Sofa, we believe our greatest assets are our
satisfied customers.

Funky Sofa
employs, trains, and retains only the finest crafts people in the upholstered furniture
trade. Our state-of-the-art Southern California factory utilizes
the best of old world craftsmanship with computer assisted design efficiency. As
soon as your order is placed it is scheduled for production. Our staff of experienced
frame carpenters, seamstresses, and upholsterers works together to complete
your furniture order within 4 to 6 weeks.
Upon
completion each piece is given a final inspection for workmanship by dedicated quality
control personal. Upon passing final inspection, the furniture is then packaged
and boxed in environment friendly recycled fiberboard foam-padded containers. At
last, the furniture is ready to ship to your home or office via our convenient Nationwide
"White Glove" delivery
service.

We hand select our unique line of micro fiber and woven
fabrics from the best mills across USA and abroad. Our foam and padding
is made of high resiliency environmentally friendly CFC free materials to create
the body contouring comfort and support FunkySofa's furniture is famous for.
All our frames are constructed of high quality, kiln-dried wood. Our frame
construction exceeds industry standards. Our suspension systems
supports each seat, evenly distributing weight, increasing comfort, and increasing
durability. Our "No Sag" sinuous springs and Matrix webbing meets the
strictest specifications for contract and commercial furniture applications.
As a result FunkySofa frames are sturdy and guaranteed for life.

FunkySofa warrants your frame
for the lifetime of the product against defects in material and workmanship. If
your frame ever breaks under normal household usage, we will fix it free of charge.

FunkySofa warrants your seat foam for the lifetime
of the product against tearing or collapsing due to defects in material or workmanship.
We advise you the Purchaser that softening of cushion, the result of normal use,
should not be confused with loss of resiliency due to defects in construction or
materials. |

FunkySofa
warrants your suspension for the lifetime of the product against tearing or separating
from the frame under normal household usage. |
|
FunkySofa warrants your metal mechanisms for three years
against defects in workmanship and materials under normal household usage. |
|
This warranty applies to the Original Purchaser, and
the Original Purchaser must provide proof of purchase when making a claim under
this warranty. This warranty covers only replacement parts and labor. Funky Sofa
will repair or replace, at its sole option. If identical materials are unavailable
at the time of repair, Funky Sofa reserves the right to substitute materials of
equal quality.
This warranty does not include commercial, contract, rental trade, institutional
or other non-residential usage. Funky Sofa shall in no event be responsible for
any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, usage or money,
and in no event shall the responsibility of Funky Sofa exceed the purchase price
of the product or its replacement.
